Dr. Marlow has been my family doctor for more than 25 years. He is caring, understandable and knowledgeable physician, who is proud of serving this community. He always patiently listens, answers questions from patients and family and providers solution for them. Additionally, we also like to consult him about child’s education and career development. His office is clean and friendly.
Dr. Karen Williams/ Beth/ and Cassandra released me in May 2021 for assumed rudeness to staff! As a professional in the industry for so long I can’t believe Dr. Karen Williams could be so nasty! I was given a letter by Beth the nurse practitioner on the day I was released and the letter had my name misspelled. I am actually ok with the release. Completed my surgery and did a damn good job ??
My daughter Heather P. was seen for severe GERD and positive Barrets. She was prescribed 40mg of Omeprazole twice a day. The prescription was written incorrectly and the pharmacy was unable to reach anyone to correct it. 5 months later and over 10, TEN phone calls later my daughter has never had a return call or the issue resolved. I'm a nurse so I understand prescriptions and what pharmacies require. This situation is beyond unacceptable. Needs to listen better and improve personality
Because of this doctor I went misdiagnosed when I had Stage III colon cancer. I cried in his office & told him I felt like I was dying my stomach pain was so bad. He had zero compassion or care & treated me like I was crazy or a drug seeker. He never performed a colonoscopy or even suggested it. I saw him several times & he kept saying "You're fine. My daughter has been seeing Dr.Limbo for a few years now and she been nothing short of amazing! She makes sure everything is taking care such as school notes, parking stickers, and anything else we need.
Dr Kinzel was very patient and knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner. I am disabled and my sister helps with appointments, etc; Great doctor!
Dr. Vankineni is very competent, kind, and professional. He took care of my mother with Dementia, who had a feeding tube and other GI issues. He was very patient with her and understanding. He treated her on a inpatient and outpatient basis. If you are looking for a competent, professional and great bedside manner physician, Dr. Vankineni is the doctor.
