My husband has been a patient of Dr Kelty for about a year now. Thursday he went for an appointment. Desk staff said he did not have an appointment. They could reschedule him for 8an on Friday or on Monday He was there right after lunch, no one else in office yet. Front desk would not ask Dr. To see him right then. They also argued with him that he miss his December app. And had not been seen since before December.
