If I could give him a NEGATIVE star I would. His "bedside manner" were horrible. Very understandable guy. He doesn't make you feel comfortable in his office. He saw me for a total of about 10 min, spoke very fast, dismissed some of my concerns and walked out. He lied on his SOAP notes and stated that he assessment my knee (which was a lie). He never even looked at my knee. He offered me a steroid back and sent me on my way. I had to ask him to slowly explain and show me my Xrays. Dr. Kappa is highly skilled and very knowledgeable about the latest technology and treatments compared to the older doctors. He was AWESOME! I absolutely loved him and his entire staff! He did the rotator cuff surgery in less than 30 minutes! He is highly specialized. Please trust me and use this doctor. He keeps you out of pain after surgery and rehab and refills scrips fast and efficient with no issues. His staff works like a well oiled machine. I was first greeted by a big smile by Dr. Kappa which brightened my day. Within minutes I could tell that he had reviewed my medical records and knew why I was there and what I needed. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He had a plan of action to help me, which was reassuring. I will stay in touch with him as needed.
He spent about 4 minutes with me saying it could be one of two things. I decided on a cortisone shot and the PA spent more time with me than he did. With all the great reviews, I was completely floored.
Dr. Kappa and his staff treated me with care and understanding every single time I was in their presence. No matter the question, no matter what was needed, they always were willing to meet my needs. Appreciate their effort and respect.
