My comments regarding my recent visit are directed at the group of people who manage and oversee the clinic's operations. Do you consider two hours and ten minutes—from the scheduled appointment time until the moment I left—to be a normal timeframe for receiving medical services? Everything went well with the staff and the doctor; compliments to them! However, it seems that the administration schedules multiple patients for the same time, causing significant delays. You would know best.
Today was my first day but everyone was so nice and professional they made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed being there.
I sure appreciate you all. Dr Darlington is excellent! The Rockledge facility provides the best. Taking care of the number of geriatric patients including my 70 year old self is amazing! Thanks!
