Dr Cheng always has a smile. He addresses your concerns and is thorough in your evaluation. Takes time to discuss your situation and is not hesitant about getting testing or sending you to a specialist. He is extremely knowledgeable and never rushes you. Been seeing him for ten years.
Always good, he has been my PCP for over 15 years.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cheng for several years. He is caring. He is knowledgeable. He listens. We now live 20 miles from his office, but continue to travel to his office. because of the outstanding care we have received and continue to receive.

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the doctors in this clinic. I will be finding a new primary care physician. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Herrera seem too busy or simply just don't care about such things as promptly authorizing a refill for a patient in pain.
