Customer service is disappointing. Bought a Jason Pace Fiberglass Truck Cap with EZ access front slider for my 2014 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab XLT w/5’6” bed. Called to find out the weight of the cap because the truck rear window needs to be replaced and was told they really didn’t know the exact weight. How can a manufacturer not know the weight of their caps?
Do not use this manufacture…I waited 10 weeks for a camper shell to show up damaged and defective…the company felt it was not necessary to offer me anything for the inconvenience besides making me a new camper shell…this should have been done either way since it showed up from Jason with defects… The camper shell is complete trash…so stray away from them. Company is a scam! Buyer Beware. LTA manufacturing now owns ATC truck toppers. Google the new LTA CEO - Ted Fick. Port of authority CEO resigns, WOW! Been waiting on a truck topper since Sept. 2020. Its now March 5, 2021. First topper sent was wrong color and size! They had paint code from truck, gas lid cover for 4 months. Now, they won't produce topper or refund money! This company ships ALL truck toppers in open bed trailers behind trucks with NO shrink wrap. Rock chips, damage from ruff road, rubbing on other toppers.
The guys at Jason Industries are awesome to deal with. They really go the extra mile when needed. Products and quality are top notch. Mike and Jason are really great guys and Fike is all right too.
