Dr. Hoe is a Rock Star Brilliant at His work with passion for his patients ! Amazing !
Doctor Ho is a tremendous surgeon and exceptional person. Bottom line up front, he fixed my complete tear of the rotator cuff. But, his exceptionalism goes beyond that. Dr. Ho proactively looked ahead on his schedule two weeks to find me, a new patient, and my MRI to discover that without immediate surgical intervention I would surely have been left with a lifetime of significantly limited strength and range of motion in my left arm. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never been treated with more disregard than I was by the office of this doctor. I have a serious arm injury and was scheduled for a visit with him. A few days before the visit, I got a voicemail that my appointment needed to be rescheduled and that I should call back to to do so. When I called back, Cleveland Clinic bounced me back and forth between the patient advocate line and the scheduling line for about a month and a half. I was on hold for hours at a time, never getting answers.... read more
Dr. Jason Ho at the Cleveland Clinic is an amazing surgeon. He was able to reconstruct my bicep after a very nasty tear. After 3 months of rehab I’ve regained full functionality as if the injury never happened. I can only imagine how well it will be over the final 3 months of rehab. I also hear he is amazing at shoulder injury’s too. Thank you Dr. Ho for everything, it has been an amazing experience.
Dr Ho is the absolute best orthopedic around!! He saved my life! His presence and bedside manner is refreshing! I will not trust anyone else as an orthopedic.
