Dr Halper has been delivering children in my family as well as all my friends for the last 15 years. That includes my sister, brother, daughter and now my son on the way. His hands are golden and he is excellent at what he does! I trust him 100% and wouldn't consider ever switching. He can be busy - yes! He can be called away - yes- he is an obstetrician!!! He is the worst doctor he's always In a hurry he never clearly answers a question I honestly leave there more confused after that whole office universal medical is terrible stay far away I did a Pap smear and dr halper didn't send in the results and then gonna tell me it's not that serious he has no respect everytime I have an appointment he's always concerned with how many patients he has left I'm going to report them first thing in the morning
On Oct. 18 I made an appt. To see Dr. Halper in his Universal Medical Location. Best choice ever starting with the front desk. They were very helpful and made my wait time comfortable. I love that the office is very clean and comfortable. The nurses were really nice and made me feel comfortable while taking my vitals. Once I saw Dr. Halper he was very charming with a great sense of humor. He answered all my questions and took time making sure I understood my treatment plan. Overall it was a great experience.
My first visit with Dr. Halper was exceptional. This is my first pregnancy and I was very confused about which OB/GYN I should go to. My friends and family had hundreds of opinions. When I searched for doctors in 11234 area, Dr. Halper at Universal Medical was one of the doctors that came up. Even though there were mixed reviews I wanted to see for myself. Dr. Halper is the worst doctor in the world first off the wait time is ridiculous second off a female came in after me to do the same procedure and he took her first because she was going to walk out and of course he would've lost money. I literally expressed my concerns to him and guess what he had a hallway conversation spilling out my whole business breaking the HIPPA law and after i brought it to his attention he said i wasnt talking about you i was talking about another patient. This is the absolute worst doctor ever! All he cares about is money...doesn't care about your plan but his own...all he wants to do is have you have a c- section and be done with you...
Terrible doctor! Incredibly, he did my mother uterine biopsy without anesthesia. Is he butcher???? Besides, in his office no permanent ultrasound specialist, and to just make a regular ultrasound need to specifically assign appointment. None of their anesthesiologist. Front desk is very little area, and there is no privacy when you talk to the staff.STAY AWAY!!!!!
The staff is very friendly. Easy to make or reschedule the appointment. Jason Halper is very professional, informative and easy going in answering all my questions. I had a feeling of trust during my pregnancy with this doctor. Another great thing is hospitals the doctor affiliated to. I would highly recommend dr. Halper to my pregnant friends.
I was referred to doctor halper by my GYN because he no longer deliver babies, and not only was i over 35 but was also carrying twins. Dr. Halper is truly god sent i know i can be a difficult patient..i called the doctor almost everday through out the night, and he always pick up. he had my name and number saved in his cell that's how much i called.. what really made me know that he is one in a billion is when he not only came to the hospital every time i went to the ER, and had to be admitted because i was having contractio... read more
