UPDATE: I am leaving my full review available because it is the experience we had. I want to commend Dr. Hale, however, for reaching out almost as soon as I posted this to apologize for the entire experience. I felt he was extremely sincere and recognized the issues we dealt with and his part in them, while also working with me to better understand what could have gone wrong with the sedation, which should have been recognized by a nurse or the anesthesiologist.
