We just worked with Jason to sell our home and can't recommend him enough. Jason was great to work with from start to finish! He took on a more complex sale of a property held in Trust with a tenant in place — conducting pricing analyses, helping me analyse the pros/cons of keeping the tenant vs. doing a Buy-Out, and much more. He handled all communications with agents, lawyers and tenant with ease. Even when the first offer fell through, he kept his cool and did the work needed to get us the same or better end result.
