Minimal wait for appointment once arrived. Was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Staff was pleasant
Always courteous and professional
It was horrible and I was very disappointed/angry!!!! I waited 6 months for an appointment with Dr Jason Bell, took off work and showed up at my appointment to read a letter on the counter that Dr Bell is no longer doing eye prescriptions as of January 12th, 2026. I also have diabetes and glaucoma . No one called to inform me of this! Piss poor service ! I have been having trouble seeing and now I am going to need to find another provider and wait to see them!
