Dr. Steward and his staff are amazing. Everyone greets you with a smile and genuinely cares about your journey.
I had a very good experience at the HFI fannin location and the piney point surgery center. The team of Doctors, Dr. Steward, DR. Clapp and Dr. Bello took good care of me and explained all the procedures adequately. The Nurses Sherry, Shannon and Allison are very patient and kind. Thank you.
The staff is amazing. I felt well taken care of. The doctor addressed all our concerns and explained things in a very professional way. They were on top of every thing. The nurses and receptionist were very friendly. All procedures went great, thanks to everyone. We appreciate all of you.
Everyone has been so helpful during this entir process. Dr. Steward was awesome. Unfortunately I moved do I wasn't able to see him at every appointment. The ladies and doctors at sugarland were amazing though!
I had to change from the Woodlands office to Kingwood, due to some issues with certain staff members at the woodlands office. I could not be happier with the staff at the Kingwood office. They are very efficient and kind.
Willowbrook staff was amazing. Woodlands staff was the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I plan to send in a full write up about the 2 specific Woodlands nurses that created the issues, I was waiting until our time here was complete. I do not have enough kind words to say about the Willowbrook staff and their willingness to work with me and my difficult work schedule. Thank you to Leah specifically for your kindness. Was disappointed in the scheduling oversight to not have Dr Steward for the transfer but could not have been happier with the care provided by Dr Griffith.
Always helpful, answering every question and addressing my every concern no matter how small. Professional and compassionate staff, would recommend this practice to anyone asking.
