Thorough evaluation, went over all of our options, supportive, patient.
Dr Griffith was absolutely amazing!!! He was very compassionate and understanding, even helping out by taking constructive feedback regarding financial issues and logistical issues experienced along the way. He truly cares about every patient 100 percent. The nurses were also very understanding and patient with my fear of needles/injections/etc. they made me feel very comfortable and welcome like a family. Office waits in the waiting room were sometimes long, but other times very short.
My experience with Dr. Steward and staff was very caring and wonderful. From appointments to everything you need, they listen to you. You can tell they care for their patients and always there to answer any questions or concerns you have. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan Steward.
Very welcoming staff. Nurses answer calls and emails very diligently. It would be nice to know people's names.
Dr. Steward, and his staff are excellent in thier care, and in thier expertise. Dr. Steward pays so much attention to detail, and he really cares! It is so important to have a doctor that does not treat you like a number, but really cares about your individual experience. We are so fortunate to have had Dr. Steward's care during this important time in our life.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Steward and the entire staff at HFI. From our initial consultation, he was clear with us and spoke to us in a way that made us feel comfortable, answered our every question, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. The financial portion was laid out clearly and Bailey was always available to answer questions that may have come up. Dr Griffith has been wonderful to work with. He made my transfer as comfortable as possible and was professional. After multiple failed attempts with a different fertility practice, Dr Griffith helped us achieve pregnancy. He carefully monitored hormone levels every step of the way, and I am confident that his attention to detail made every difference. I am so happy we chose to work with him! The doctor and staff are very attentive and always very compassionate. They are very patient with all of the questions that me and my husband had and always made sure we understood before moving on. I am not sure if it is possible to be more up front about cost between facilities but this was the only thing we had an issue with. Our insurance covered IVF but there were charges for Vivere and we were not made aware until just a day before the procedures.
The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and comforting.. Making the experience less stressful and pleasant. Dr. Steward has been great thru this process...I would recommend him to all...no complaints!
