Everyone is very nice, approachable and helpful.
As a patient of Dr. Hoff’s, I always felt heard, I always felt like a patient and not a number. IVF is tough, both mentally and physically. Having a doctor who understands this means so much more than you’d expect. Dr. Hoff was always there to comfort me through the lows; the failed IUIs, the failed cycles, the endless injections. Dr. Bello performed my hysteroscopy and egg retrieval. Both times, while coming out of anesthesia, she relayed important information to me instead of waiting for my partner to arrive. In my gut, I don’t feel comfortable and trusting of the results and sought additional treatment from another doctor, which yielded more positive results. I cannot say with certainty that she had anything to do with the first outcome, but I did feel a lack of care. Perhaps she was in a rush, both times. Dr. Skorupski and the entire team have been nothing short of excellent. Knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, timely responses, answered all our questions, respected our wishes, and worked with us throughout the entire process. We always felt we were in good hands.
Everyone was very caring and helpful. I love Dr. Abdullah! I appreciated how knowledgeable as well as comforting he is. I also appreciated the other drs that saw me as well!
They were always helpful and patient. They never made me feel silly no matter what question I asked. Dr. Griffith and his staff made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible.
Saw Dr. Abdallah twice for monitoring ultrasounds during my fertility preservation and he was the only doctor at the monitoring clinic who treated me like a patient instead of a box that needed to be checked. He gave the most detailed explanations of what he saw and talked me through everything, which means so much during this process. He explained what he was observing, answered my questions, even asked me questions to get clarification, and reassured me as best as he could based on his observations.
