It was nice to be greeted warmly when I checked in and recognized as a former patient of Dr. Marla Angermeier. It was also nice to meet Dr. Gagnon for the first time. Dr. Marla said that I'd like him and I did. He obviously has his own style and it's different from what I've been used to for many years, but he was friendly and I will certainly plan to return for a visit in the fall.
Dr. Gagnon is a rare find. He is incredibly kind and caring, always ensuring your concerns and questions are met with genuine importance. I deeply appreciate his honesty; I never feel like he is trying to sell me anything. His priority is always what is best for the patient.
Dr. Gagnon is very cautious due to my diagnosis and prefers to biopsy questionable skin areas rather than a wait-and-see approach.
Dr. Gagnon was kind, understanding, patient with my questions, and provided me with wonderful information and exceptional care.
