Dr. Finkelstein and his staff were informative, punctual and professional.
If I could rate a zero, I would. In my 71 years, his office staff are the very worst examples of patient care. I had heart failure, in ICU 3 days, 10% of my heart working, sent home with a life vest that will administer shock to my heart if it stopped beating. They cause me undue stress for their failure to follow up and follow through. It isn't a safe place. His staff’s unprofessionalism is a direct reflection of Dr. FINKelstein. Just had a follow up appointment from a possible heart attack. Was talking to him telling him all that’s been going on with chest pains and so forth. He looks at me and asks if I need any medications refilled. After I sat for a half second realizing he didn’t hear a word I had just said, I told him no. I had also asked a personal question and he didn’t even hear that. He filled out paperwork for my work and never even asked me how many hours I worked or what I even did. Just filled it out. Great doctor. Great experience. One thing to keep in mind is that the office doesn't take cash. Card or check only. All around good experience
