Really sad to have to write this because it has been a good experience at this office up until now. Please be aware of your own insurance costs because leaving it in the hands of the staff will leave you with unexpected bills (even after you feel you have done your own due diligence). Changing practices due to feeling like I cannot trust this office any longer but Dr. Mulzer has been great over the years.
There is no one better at such high level of oral medicine skills and patient care, and that includes his staff. Absolutely no one!
I just had a root canal done by Dr. Mulzer, I was extremely nervous but his staff quickly put me at ease. I've had a root canal done before by another dentist and I have to say this was the most pain free root canal I've ever had. Thank you so much.
