I just finished having cateract surgery on both eyes which was done by Dr. Karo of WNC Ophthamology, in Asheville, NC. I cannot express how grateful I am of his thoroughness, compassion and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone needing eye care, specifically cateract surgery, to reach out to Dr. Karo!! He has an inviting, friendly staff also!!
Dr Karo and his staff were excellent. I never had to wait to be seen and everything about my surgery was explained perfectly. I received a phone call the afternoon of my surgery from Dr Karo to check on me.
I recently visited Dr. Karo for cataract surgery. Dr. Karo and his team were professional, kind and friendly. Having any type of surgery gives you anxiety, but the people caring for you make it much easier. I felt confident with Dr. Karo thru the whole process. He explained every in detail and was patient. He called me after the surgery to check in and see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Karo and his team if you’re thinking about cataract surgery and are looking for a 5 star experience.
