I became a new patient and have an issue with the office. I was told upon my arrival that I was required to pay the office visit upfront. Got me scheduled and in quickly to deal with my foot issue. The whole office was nice and respectful. Mr. Grey himself was awesome. Would highly recommend anyone else to go here. Your appointment could be moved up in days due to cancelations. They will take care of you I promise.

While we are happy with our care, the secretary is horribly rude every time we call, and makes us feel like an inconvenience. All 3 of us have experienced this with her. Makes us want to go somewhere else, except that we like Dr. Gray, who gives excellent care. If not for her negative attitude, would give 5 stars.
