Jeason has been great since day one. He helped me push through some of the biggest challenges in my life and take important decisions. He's incredibly empathetic and a great listener. He provided practical and easy to use tools to help me move forward, and do things differently for the better. He is incredibly knowledgeable and seems to stay current in the world of therapy. I started seeing Jason after a very bad car accident a few years ago that stopped me from driving on the highway for a little over a year. It was a very traumatic event that affected my life in its entirety; I couldn’t work far from home nor could I be a passenger in a car for very long before having anxiety attacks and flashbacks of the accident. He saw me and my teenage children when my family was experiencing a divorce. We were all vulnerable and angry and saw him for several weeks. My children lashed out; I got defensive and he offered no mediation, no deescalation, no strategies nor facilitation. I became fed up and we left.
