I was referred to Dr. Cormier by my orthopedic surgeon for severe hip pain that he was convinced originated in my lumbosacral spine. My orthopedic surgeon had ordered MRIs of my hip and back and, according to him, there were no anatomical anomalies to suggest that my hip was the source of pain. Like patients before me, I (not 1 time) was not able to see doctor after the surgery. On top of me having to move EACH AND EVERY visit forward instead of my scheduled appointment, he was a ghost that had "just missed him" .... yea, ok. This very same doctor wants me to take a function test to return to work. Ok i can do that, except I'm on Medicaid, haven't worked since July 2024.... and test is $500-800 can't claim on insurance. ALL THE YEARS I HAD ABAD PAIN IN MY BACK I HAD IT FOR 2O YEARS . AFTER JASON FIX MY BACK I NEVER HAD ANY PAIN AND THATS BEEN 20 YEARS AGO NOW IM 84 AND NO PAIN IN MY BACK. JERRY G COBB (Retired test driver driver Dunlop tires )

Referred in August, they called for triage shortly after. It's now December and every time I call they can't find my paperwork. Very unprofessional. Never had an appointment. With all those employees no one can find my paperwork? Incompetence sounds more like it.
