Jason Clapp & the amazing staff went above & beyond to make my 5 yr old daughter comfortable & happy. I honestly can not say enough great things about the entire process, from start to finish. Wonderful place & people!
Still sitting here in waiting room for an hour and it's not even busy here. Will not be coming back. Worst place in Gainesville!!
Dr. Clapp was wonderful with our down-syndrome daughter. He was the first dentist to be able to look in our daughter's mouth. He was able to brush, clean, and check all of her teeth. We will definitely keep coming to see him.
The waiting room is kid-friendly, the dentists are nice. But that's about as far as the pros go for this dentistry. Wait time is up to an hour for a 5-minute appointment. Staff is so-so when it comes to friendliness and promptness. Appointments always seem to be bumped back further than the time specified. Great place if you don't have anywhere to be right after the appointment, like work.
This is a fantastic place to bring your children. They are very kid friendly and go above and beyond to make sure they childrens needs are met. I highly recommend this place. Would want to take my children anywhere else.
