Honestly the best experience I've had with an insurance company and a claim! The ladies are extremely helpful when you call for anything. Jason actually came to my home for some signatures on a claim. Over and beyond each time I've worked with them! More than fair on my vehicle claim! I can't say enough good things about Jason. He took a great deal of time to go through my policies today and showed me how to use the SF application for car emergencies and other great uses. He followed up with an email later. I have not encountered such great service from an insurance agent before now. If you are looking for a great agent be sure to reach out to Jason.
I had the misfortune of being hit by a teenage driver who fled the scene. I totally depended on my State Farm insurance representative to help me through the process of being made whole! Ms. Alisha Bailey was a lifesaver! She spent an inordinate amount of time helping me prepare all the steps needed to repair my car…and file all the required paperwork! She is AMAZING!
Yanira at Jason Chandler State Farm Agency, was excellent. I was provided with insurance for my homes and autos, comparable plans at 53% of what I had been paying to a company that I had been with for over 10 years.
