Dr McBean was both professional and personable. He recognized my (understandable) anxiety immediately and put me at ease with his explanations and easy manner. The clinical care was impeccable and he explained each step of the procedure. It is very apparent that he is excellent at what he does and as well as his easy rapport with patients. Highly recommend.
My Exam went so quickly for a minor skin abrasion that I asked if it was possible to have a full skin exam to avoid another visit. He refused to accommodate for no reason except that I had to have another appointment which apparently would be another opportunity for a charged visit. He abruptly left the room with no other explanation. The office was not busy.
Easy to talk to and discusses all your options. He takes him time with you as well.
Each time I meet with Dr. McBean I feel as if I am with a highly competent physician who listens and addresses my specific needs, questions and concerns. I always leave happy!

I have been so scared and wary of any non-surgical procedure, especially any 'fill-in.' Dr. McBean totally reassured me thru the restylane silk around my mouth and it couldn't have been better results. No pain, no issues and I look and feel better than I have for years! He is THE BEST!!!
Dr. McBean is clearly an expert Dermatologist.. I've had my Botox done by several other providers in the past, and with Dr. McBean I finally have a very natural look (which was not the case with other providers). Several friends had recommended him to me, and Im glad I finally saw him. I will definitely use him for my future Botox treatments, and also plan to start Clear and Brilliant laser treatments shortly. The staff was great, and Dr. McBean's bedside manner was outstanding!
