Dr. Allen pays close attention to what the patient is saying, and asks appropriate questions. His treatments have been effective.
I have yet to see him. I have called his office and left my name number and problem three times over several months. To my disappointment I have yet to receive a call for an appointment.
During the covid virus, I contacted his office two times and left a message. I am a patient. I needed a refill of medication and I wanted to report a change in my foot condition. His office did not return any of my calls and he did not call the pharmacy to renew my medications. I will be looking for a new doctor. Very dissatisfied.
