Called because the ac was not working correctly was told it had to wait until the next evening i called 8am that morning, anyway a guy showed up toke some panels off and check a couple things long story short was told he was going to talk to the office and he call me back that knight, he called back a week later. I went and had the ac and furnace replaced by the time he got back to me. I dont like giving bad reviews but I could of gotten a call sooner than a week.
