I was a patient there for years and was appalled how poorly I was treated by the receptionist. I bought two pair of glasses a few months ago. One pair broke. Went back to fix them and was told they weren't fixable because they were sale glasses and had no warranty.I was never told this when I purchased them.
We have really felt well taken-care-of by Dr. Binning. His office has been consistently professional - perhaps reflecting their boss! He has been serious and straight forward with his "refracting" and has been generous with trial contact lenses.
Highly competent and friendly staff. Dr Binning is an incredibly gifted man that puts everyone at ease.
