I am disappointed with the maintenance service at Jason Apartment. The dryer has not been working properly, and despite multiple complaints and calls to Avenue Living, the issue remains unresolved. The laundry area is also often dirty and poorly maintained. Due to the lack of timely support and maintenance, I do not recommend this apartment. I hope management takes residents' concerns seriously and resolves issues more promptly.

I experience a superb level of service from their worker for taking lease and helping us out in a lot of way i will give 5 star rating for that services but the main issue for which now i am willing to vacant my apartment in jason is I complain the around 3 to be sharp for dryer and Washing machine to be service as they are not droing up the cloths but not even single person came up for the service and Laundry area is such a mess specifically the machine are not even been taken care and even I complain to Jason avenue living... read more

I used to live here before moving out to another premises of Avenue living. Sahib the building manager showed us these & various apartments. He helped me & my friend in every way after listening to our requirement. The reason I moved out was I need somewhere close to college. The new place we moved in also matches our needs. Thanks to Sahib
