Everyone was very helpful. Dr. Stein has always been very supportive and informative to me. I have been seeing him for my shoulders for quite a few years.
Dr. Stein operated on my pec major last year after an accident where I completely tore my pec. He was patient answering my questions and he was honest with his answers, making sure I had the most information possible to make the best decision for myself. I opted for a surgical reattachment and he was attentive and professional throughout the process from pre to post op. I went for what I thought was my visit today but the snotty lady at the desk told me very grumpily I didn’t have an appointment she rescheduled it for me
I did not find the girl in registration extremely friendly.
Dr. Stein performed a full reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder in 2022. The procedure surpassed my expectations, and I haven’t had a problem to this day. My left shoulder is in bad shape, and not quite ready for replacement, but I’ve seen Dr. Stein multiple times for cortisone injections and discussion. Dr. Stein is the consummate professional; he’s patient, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure with whom to deal. Furthermore, he makes himself available to me at a moments notice.
