Dr. Alvarado is great and so is the office staff. I drive from Long Beach to El Segundo because I finally found a doc and office that I feel comfortable with and that truly cares for their patients.
He doesn't respect schedules and time . At my first appointment july 3rd at Torrance Memorial El Segundo , he didn't show up, claiming he had an emergency. It was strange because the day before they confirmed my appointment by message. I rescheduled the appointment, and today I waited more than 40 minutes in a room, and again he didn't show up.
