If I could give more stars I would. 5++. Jason Abbott is a great realtor. He gathers all the info he needs to narrow down house hunting search to make it more productive for the buyer. He always seems readily available through text, phone calls and emails. If he is on vacation, he has someone to fill his spot that is just as reliable as him. I would recommend Jason to anyone who is buying or selling. He is professional, friendly and works hard for his clients.

All three houses we purchased through Jason Abbott were bad investments. At the time when the market was doing well in 2017, we asked Jason to put the house in the market to sell them. He strongly advised that it wasn't a good time, saying "I know what I'm talking about". One of the terrible properties he sold us, belonged to his friend. So he was actually doing his friend a favor. He doesn't have the mind for investment. A simple minded person. We profited big time in several investments after Jason and we parted ways.

Working with Jason Abbott during the sale of my home was a great experience. He went above and beyond my expectations to explain the process of selling my home and planning a long distance move. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market trends, his staging tips, and his focus during the negotiations. It was sure fun to pose for the picture in front of the “Sold” sign! Thank you, Jason. Jason was awesome... he arranged showings on the fly for us! He was patient and understanding when we were anxious about the deal. He was honest and gave us factual information! He was very helpful! Chris & I highly recommend him!
