My visit was about as pleasant as possible considering the subject of crown work & the expense that accompanies it. I needed to leave as promptly as possible & Veronica contacted me alerting me of a cancellation one appt prior to mine that allowed me to go early & end early. I was most appreciative. From Dr. Beckman to Laurie all involved were great.
We have been driving from 123rd and Nieman to 75th and Nall for over 30 years to receive our dental care. Our dentist and long-time friend, Dr. Dallas Ziegenhorn retired a year old "once he was able to find someone to care for his patients the way he did". Dr. Beckman is young, professional and personable. He issued a treatment plan for me but didn't push me to get items done right away. I went to get my teeth cleaned. I was warmly greeted by everyone. I got right in. We discussed what I was up and my hygiene for dental. I got cleaned and the doctor came by and gave me a clean bill of health. Overall a very great experience.
I am not sure anyone enjoys a visit to the dentist, but my visit with Doctor Beckman and staff was as good as it gets. From the personnel at the front office to the dental hygienist, all are very friendly, competent and professional. I was a patient of Doctor Ziegenhorn for close to 30 years and I am happy that Doctor Beckman has taken over the practice.
I AM GREETED AND FEEL WELCOME....EVERY-TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT....AND ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ARE ANSWER WITH A KIND SMILE.....
