Excellent – Not sure what doctor's office JayVib went to. There is only one doctor here. No problems with insurance and / or authorizations. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Smith's services (including surgery) and professionalism. If you have back pain, Dr Smith is the way to go!
Overcrowded, overburdened staff – Too many docs, too much bureaucracy. Think of Soviet Russia, a big Texas cattle ranch, or a cheap airline--but with better furniture (though not enough of it to seat everyone waiting). I've punctually made my appointments, only to wait a half hour to an hour to get my 30 seconds with the doc and 5 minutes with the assistant. They told one patient arriving five minutes after closing to make another appointment next week--even though the waiting room was still occupied. Then, to top it off, th... read more
