I called to schedule an appointment for my child and was able to get in quickly, unfortunately I needed to reschedule the appointment as my child had a prior engagement I was unaware of. Upon rescheduling I was not informed that it would be at a different location not verbally or via message. I drove 20 minutes to the Maumee location then another 20 minutes to Secor Rd, and entered 3 different buildings there (the campus is huge with multiple buildings) as no one was able to direct me to the correct place. Dr. A. Smith is an exceptional Orthopedic Surgeon, he is very knowledge in his field. He will listen to your concerns and explain what the next possible plan could be. His office assistant Alyssa, is professional and very pleasant to talk to over the phone, and in person. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith, to someone needing Orthopedic attention.
