Terrible staff. Rude medical assistant. Jason has no bedside manner. The manager doesn’t seem to know how to manage her staff. Whoever is staffing this office is doing terrible.

I witnessed this office treat my sister and father with complete disrespect and a shocking lack of professionalism. My sister originally had a 4 PM appointment, then was called and told to come earlier at 3 PM. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate them, only to sit there for HOURS while multiple people who came after her were seen first. She was not seen until almost 6 PM. Horrible office spanish ma with blonde hair and glasses was the rudest nastiest person on the planet earth screamed at my after someone told me to come at 3PM and I wasn’t seen until 6:30pm she refused to help me and they let her disrespect me in front of my face i am disgusted and will never return!

Can’t inmagine my life without Jason! He is so caring and have been supportive for over 18 years while managing my Gastro issues Thank you Jason and Dr G for all your help This office is an extension of my life

I came in through the ER with excruciating abdominal and back pain. The attendings wanted to dismiss me with just having gastritis because of my symptoms but discredited just how bad the pain was. I insisted that they neded to do more to confirm their hypothesis. I was admitted in ER observation to run test, all clear.
