I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Higgins. He is a brilliant surgeon and a wonderful person. He is very friendly and takes his time with his patients. He took his time to ease my mind concerning any thing that bothered me about the surgery and the recovery. I can say without reservations; with Dr. Higgins you are not a number you're a person. I would and have recommended him to several people. They were very satisfied.
