I called late today to see about getting a bouquet delivered for my mother's birthday. It was past the time their last delivery had gone out but the owner was so kind and asked about the occasion. He really went out of his way to create a bouquet within my price point that fit the occasion and called his driver to arrange one extra delivery this evening. The other two shops I called sent me away because I was too late. I was so gratefull Jasmine's took time to ask about me and my mom and come up with an option for us. Truly ... read more

I called today to order some flowers. The woman who answered the phone was very cold. When I tried to quickly pick up her spirits she responded with a very demanding "How can I help you"! May have been busy, or just a bad day... but I decided not to spend my money there. I shake my head at bad customer service. I wasn't going to spend a lot of money. Probably around $50, but I was hoping to find a place near by where I could get my girlfriend flowers every week....not here. sorry...
