Dr Chao is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough, friendly, sincere and helpful. Her professionalism is just amazing. We are extremely lucky to have her as our family doctor.
My experience with Dr. Chao was as a re-habilitation patient as a result of complications of a hip surgery, and I am extremely lucky to have had her as my Doctor. I cannot rate the questions regarding scheduling , office or staff, but as far as listening, explaining and amount of quality time spent with you she definitely is a ten star Doctor.
Dr. Chao has been treating me for ten years without any complaints from me. Don't pass her by, she's a good doctor.
