Been going to Jasmine nails for the past 2 and 1/2 to 3 years Nancy has been my nail tech no complaints Love her service love the way she does my nails Nancy abruptly went back to Vietnam I'm told and I've been having to have Jason do my nails first couple times was okay last time he had to add a nail the nail had a whole dent in it I had to ask him to add more acrylic he also left that nail really fat on the end today I had an appointment like I always do at 1:00 1:40 nobody has said nothing to me I drove all the way to Red... read more

I called beforehand if there was time available for me to do a pedi and mani, they told me “yes”. It took about 2 hours in total to be able to start on my pedicure. I ended up leaving cause no way I was there 3 hours just for a pedicure. I had mentioned to the owner I called beforehand to make sure there was no wait and she said no wait. This is unacceptable, they don’t care about client’s feelings or time. I left with just a pedi done. It ruined the whole experience for me to be honest. Never coming again.
