Fantastic salon! I had come often here years ago but moved to a different area and had to visit the DMV next door so decided to pop in for a pedicure. I was seated right away by Jenny and she did such a great job! She was so kind as well and just very welcoming and sweet. I wanted to match my manicure and she helped me pick out the perfect color. Really impressed and definitely will be coming back again! Thank you!
This was my first time at this salon, and my experience was outstanding. They took me in as a last-minute pedicure about 45 mins to close, and they were efficient but not rushed. The manager Lam was very friendly and even stepped in to help use acrylic powder to fix one of my pesky toenails that has not grown back correctly (no other salon has offered to fix it and have just painted right over it). I had a great experience with Jasmine Nails recently when they did nails and toes for my entire wedding party. Upon arrival, they were very prepared and got to work immediately. We had over 20 services between us and they managed to get us in and out in under two hours. The nails and toes were beautifully painted and the mani pedi experience was relaxing and comfortable for everyone. They even sent me (bride) and my mother home with some free gifts!! The quality of the services is good and the pricing is excellent. However, I consistently find communication lacking. During brow services I wasn’t asked about my preferences before waxing, and I often have to request sanitary paper/towels myself. The results are good, but the customer experience could be improved.
Jasmine nails has been my go to nail salon for at least over a year now. I usually get a mani pedi once a month and then come in for routine maintenance on the gel polish on my hands that I like getting. I love how nice everyone is and I feel like they’ve truly helped me get my natural nails from really short to really long.
