Terrible experience- second time in a row. I used to come here a lot when it was Jasmine Nails and never had an issue, but since the change of hands, sad to say, I’ve walked away so disappointed and infuriated. 3 hours for an SNS nails appointment where the trainee who was incompetent needed her colleague to finish the job.
