I booked a physical exam with Dr. Jasmine Konn four months in advance because her schedule is hard to get into. After fasting overnight and taking time off work for my 2:30 p.m. appointment, I arrived only to be told Dr. Konn wasn’t in the office. My appointment was switched to her PA without prior notice. The PA seemed overwhelmed, rushed through the visit in about five minutes, and provided no meaningful care. Hires incompetent people.
Very disappointed in Dr. Khon and this office. We had a health scare with my husband and we got no communication from the doctor and it took 2 days (and us calling 3 times) to even get the PA to call us back. Even before this incident this office likes to make you come in an unnecessary amount of times just to get refills.
Doctor Konn and her staff is amazing!! She is very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Quickly to respond to your questions or messages. I feel very comfortable sharing with her any problems or concerns. She is one of the best!
