Dr. Jasmine Konn was my primary care physician for four years. While she was always kind in person, the practice's scheduling and wait times were consistently unacceptable. Over my 8 to 10 appointments during that four-year period, I was never taken back to an examination room at my scheduled appointment time. I booked a physical exam with Dr. Jasmine Konn four months in advance because her schedule is hard to get into. After fasting overnight and taking time off work for my 2:30 p.m. appointment, I arrived only to be told Dr. Konn wasn’t in the office. My appointment was switched to her PA without prior notice. The PA seemed overwhelmed, rushed through the visit in about five minutes, and provided no meaningful care.
