Before moving here I was going off reviews, but living here has been a great experience. Management always responds quickly to maintenance requests, which I really appreciate. The area is also very quiet and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to live. Overall, it’s a well-kept property
The issue is going to come back until the leak under the house is not fix... Since the renovations where done the leak has been there.
With the new gardeners and workers in the office, things are getting done. Orders that we need in the house are being done in the same day we put in the order. Only thing is that the gate keeps getting broken and it's a bit of a safety issue. But the office is doing their best to stay on track I'm all things that weren't getting done before.
