The botox shots that Dr.Forte administered for my daughter’s chronic debilitating migraine gave us our lives back!! They are the only thing that works for her!! Thank you Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for offering this specialty and this service! Prior to coming to CHOA went to an adult neurologist who wasn’t able to offer any effective treatments for our daughter!! Dr.Forte and her NP were the only reason our daughter was able to get back in school and back in sports!!
Cannot imagine not having Dr. Forte and her care for my daughter and her migraine and headache management. She has been the biggest blessing. The best bedside manner, and stops at nothing to find a solution to help my girl.
Our family whole heartedly supports CHOA! They have served all three of our children well!! Dr Forte is a fabulous physician/neurologist. She has been so helpful and attentive….. always asking the right questions and adjusting treatment plan as needed! We would recommend CHOA and Dr Forte to anyone!
Dr. Forte has done an excellent job in treating my daughter! She is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She listens,addresses our concerns and is open to suggestions of trying new treatment options. My daughter loves her! We would highly recommend her!
