RECEIVING CUSTOMER i've received flowers from them in the past, they never have my telephone number correct. this time they never sent the flowers that were paid for through telaflora from a new york location. i never received the flowers and when they were told about it they did not make good on the order. i looked them up in phone book and they are not listed. i will tell everyone i know not to use them.

Enfuriatingly Terrible I ordered flowers from Jasmine for Mother's Day this year. I specified a Saturday delivery as I knew my mother would be away from the house all day on Sunday. When I got a hold of my mom on her cel-phone to wish her a happy Mother's Day (and I'm calling from NYC), I was suprised and horribly disappointed to learn she hadn't' gotten the flowers yet.
