Upon opening the door the delivery person had placed the flowers on our trash can and said “you could have given me better directions!” I had never spoken to this person before. She then said my husband should have done a better job! He did not even send the flowers as they were sympathy flowers from a family member about the loss of a family member. With so much going on in the world a little kindness goes a long way. Would not recommend this company.

Please read all of the negative Yelp reviews before using this florist. I would say that exactly what you read on yelp is what you are going to experience. The fancy web portal is misleading. I ordered flowers which were delivered, but I had to call 5 times to get anyone to return a call. That's when I found out they don't have balloons. The business says they are going to reimburse me. If they do, I'll tone it down and maybe throw one more star her way out of compassion for someone who tries to make a living. We'll see.

Unprofessional: their delivery person accosted a loved one upon delivery of flowers for a memorial service. They were a day late to deliver and did not communicate effectively. If you value kindness and fresh flowers, I would strongly recommend supporting a different florist.
