I have been here three months now and I've been very happy with my apartment. The response from the office workers on the property have been both friendly and efficient.

I moved over here from olivehurst area and I LOVE IT!! apartments inside are super updated and it’s very spacious. Perfect for kids also because bathrooms are big! If you need maintenance they are super quick and the online portal helps a lot. It’s pretty close to the mall/plaza’s also school. Also LOTS OF PARKING. I’ll definitely be here for a while! Thank you to management

“Updating my review after living her for 3 years” I like living here but do not love it. Constant issues w the washers not working, looking forward to the day I move out. Management is ok but not the best. Constant cops being called every weekend. Air conditioning must be old, my upstairs apartment will be set at 74 degrees and it will be as warm as 83 degrees because maybe of an old AC. Many years of reaching out to management and nothing got fixed so eventually gave up.

I’ve been living here now for about a year and a half and have been very happy w management. No roaches as someone previously mentioned, very clean grounds. Anytime I call management I get a call back or response but always willing to take care of anything I need.
