I rented 1210 apartments 7 it was a dead animal stain in the carpet. I had to rent a shampooer and clean it myself. Then when I moved out they kept half of my deposit and blamed that on an already rusted out burner cover. Don’t trust them with your deposit and trust your gonna have clean it up yourself because the Oder is incredibly noticeable.
I have been here three months now and I've been very happy with my apartment. The response from the office workers on the property have been both friendly and efficient.
I moved over here from olivehurst area and I LOVE IT!! apartments inside are super updated and it’s very spacious. Perfect for kids also because bathrooms are big! If you need maintenance they are super quick and the online portal helps a lot. It’s pretty close to the mall/plaza’s also school. Also LOTS OF PARKING. I’ll definitely be here for a while! Thank you to management
