My unit had ant problems, I had plumbing issues and had to go without running water in my restroom for over a week, Management (Daniel, James and Mars) were incredibly passive and rude, Management will try to charge you if the screen to your window pops off due to a strong wind (I still have the screenshots), and your concerns will not be taken seriously.
