I had an amazing massage with Sheila today. I suffer from chronic pain issues. She explained what she'd be working on and how but I truly didn't understand until she just did it and omg, I feel like a new person afterwards! I feel my toes again and my blood is flowing throughout my body. Her techniques are what I have been looking for in a therapist. Thank you Sheila! See you again soon.

Casey was INCREDIBLE!! I told her what my issues were and she assessed me, told me what she thought was going on and she got to work. She opened up my serratus/lat/scap area and there were some audible (good kind) pops/releases. I also had a massage from Sheila 2 weeks ago and she was just as amazing!! So glad I found this place, I’ll be a customer for life!! -Ryan
