I loved being a tenant in their apartments. I rented in both the Sherman Oaks and Santa Monica buildings. I suspect the low review ratings are due to my fellow tenants not being computer savvy.

I am not surprised that this company has a 1 star rating, the deserve 1/2 a start if you ask me. I have very similar experience to others on here. The manager cleared my apartment from all major repairs needed (paint, patching holes, etc..) and I hired 2 handymen for 3 days to get all the things the manager needed done to make sure "THEY DON'T CHARGE" my deposit anything hefty. I'm fine with small charges here and there for cleaning and stuff. But, this was not the case.. I was charged over $1000 for work that I completed my... read more
